Register and Login

First time users are asked to register with the WVADR by providing physician contact information:

To register, enter WVADR database, and select the "click here to request a new account" link.

After verification, physicians will receive an e-mail with a user name and computer generated temporary password. Once you log in to the database and use your temporary password you will be prompted to change the password.
